General Comments
I left Toucan after they were swallowed up by PIPEX in Feb 2009 after being advised by letter if I didn't cancel I would automatically Ijoin PIPEX .
No way did I want to do this after so many bad reviews. I have been trying for three months to settle my Toucan bill (now PIPEX) they lose cheques then months later after cancelling the cheque they find it ask me to pay this amount then that amount all without a bill mind you they said they would post the bill after payment is made have you ever heard anything so crazy in your life it's like going to Tesco parting with your hard earned cash and then having your groceries posted to you. Latest in this saga is another cheque has been posted about a week and a half and still a bailiff demand lands on the doorstep. Am I glad I decided not to go with PIPEX
