I have had a BT vision box for over 18 months and while it is not a sky replacement it is good at what it does. I have not had the problems with freezing and can't really complain as being a bt customer I got my box for free. The choice is getting better, but I do feel that the price could be more competitive for both TV and film. I could go to sky but would probably end up paying £30 a month for lots of films repeated an even greater number of times. All in all I am pleased with my vision box as it does what it says it would do for me
