I purchased a kitchen from wickes on 18 February 2009, the kitchen was drawn up by a design consultant who also made a site visit. To cut a long story short when the kitchen arrived units did not fit, I rang the wickes store where the goods was order from and they were unhelpful they had got their sale and that's all that mattered to them. I am in the process of making an official complaint as I feel the service I received was appalling!
