i just had an unexpected excellent service from Norwich Union Direct Car Insurance! someone hit my car at 9:15am. 15 minutes later I called NU, excellent customer service, did not have no wait, clear instructions, speedy and efficient. In the same afternoon the garage came to collect my car and left the courtesy car. In the mean time, they called me to update about collection times etc. I will go on holiday, they will fix the car, park it outside my house and drop the keys in the letter box - so when I get home the car will be there!!! couldn't be better!
