Bad Points

Bad business model throughout and overly aggresive ! Virgin are likely to upset most of their customers at one time or another.


General Comments

I have found that if you're payment doesn't reach Virgin Credit Cards in time (3 or 4 days late, for example) you automatically get excessive phone calls from debt collection agencies demanding the payment that has already been made and thta has already left your acc days ago -outrageous ! Their response is it's a timing issue : my response to that is that that's not good enough..
