Cheap, horrid customer serivces, always late, the only thing non stop for them is moving there gates. Pretty much everything.


General Comments

AirTran is the worst airline every. I was stuck in Atlanta for 10 hours because of them. My connecting flight left us even though we were there before the 10 minutes prior to depature. We got there late because for some reason my flight going into ATL got delayed and we got there late. My friend and I sprinted across the airport. The lady said she already closed it up. And we were on a 3:30 flight out now, but that didnt leave until 5:30. We boarded at 3:30 and made us sit on there until 5:30 with no air! It was miserable hot on the plane. Our pilot was missing. It took him 2 hours to get there. There customer services sucks. We managed to get two 10 dollar vouchers out of them and thats it. All of the workers are very rude and NONE of them know what is going on or what to do. So they will tell you for example we will board in 5 minutes. Then they disappear for 20 minutes. I was about to switch to a Delta flight out until I got on the plane at 3:30 because I thought we were going to leave, instead they trap us on there so we couldn't switch. Overall, AirTran is a childish airline. They play games with you and pull tricks on you. No one will help you. They don't care about you.
