Terrible customer service. Terrible client communication. I cannot say anything good about this company.
General Comments
Furniture at Work is Possibly the worst company I have ever dealt with. Their website looked very professional and unfortunately they were anything but.
After waiting 2 weeks, they could not tell me when my desk would be delivered. Finally, they gave me a delivery date which did not suit me so I asked to redeliver on another date which fit my schedule. They then got it wrong, and tried to deliver on the orginal date.
After one month I have finally received my money back and bought a desk from Argos instead which arrived in 2 days.
Very unprofessional. They dont care about their customers, they just take your money and dont deliver the goods. I had to threaten them with legal action before I got my refund.
Stay well clear. The most stressful experience ever. 1000x better off getting my desk from Argos.
