General Comments
Well, the units are good quality but that is where the positive review stops! I agree with another reviewer - once they have your cash the service ends! The surveyor made a mistake measuring up the kitchen and we were sold a larder cupboard that didn't fit into the kitchen. We had to compromise every step of the way and our fitter (also independant of KBBC) had to do a lot of work trying to fit things in. After a month after 'completion' they have finally refunded us for the larder that didn't fit (and only after 3 to 4 calls EVERY day!!!) but we still don't have backing for one of our large cupboards. No apologies and they never return your calls.
