lose weight fast,easy to follow,cheap.
Bad Points
if you have a heart condition,high blood pressure or anything else you probably shouldn't do it unless you consult your doctor.
General Comments
i did this 3 day diet for three days and it worked... i have lost 8.2 pounds which is pretty good and i followed pretty closely the plan just that the second day i didn't eat an apple and the third day i didn't eat any melons.
ps. i'm 160 pounds
