worst service ever


General Comments

i open my direct isa with abbey and they took 4 months to transfer my money from halifax to abbey and abbey claimed that they still did not have the documentation. i had been into the branch 4 times todo this and twice with the branch manager and they still did not get the documents. i then filled in my 5 set of documents and went to the complaints dept before it was processed and then it took another 4 months for abbey to take money from my halifax isa to abbey. in total this process took me 5 months.
