The Ebookers prices were cheap but it ought to be given what you get. We booked two tickets together for a nine hour flight from London to Denver, but they seated us in different parts of the plane. When I rang to complain they told us that the airline allocated the seats, however we rang the airline who said that this wasn't the case, then we rang ebookers again who told us that if we checked in online 24 hours in advance then we could change the seats, which turned out to be another lie, so we rang again and were told that we would be allocated seats together if we arrived at the airport two hours prior to departure, which turned out to be another lie. Eventually the airline staff a the gate kindly managed to get us seats together about five minutes before we boarded the plane.
I've emailed or called ebookers about ten times and they just fob us off by saying there's nothing they can do. To which my response is that if they're selling the tickets then they ought to make sure they can do something about these things.
