General Comments

I ordered my treadmill from Bodypower Sports / Fitness Superstore on the 15th of March, being told it should arrive by the 24th. It didn't. I telephoned on numerous occasions, leaving messages but receiving no call back. Only when I chose the "place an order" option was the 'phone answered. I was eventually told that it had been sent to the delivery firm on the 25th. I spoke to them and they didn't have it. I eventually received the treadmill yesterday, the 1st of April, after 2 1/2 weeks, more than 15 telephone calls and an unanswered email. On removing the packaging it transpired that the console was cracked. Here we go again...!

    Were are sorry to hear that you experienced problems with the delivery of your order. unfortunately we use a carrier service and cannot always guarantee items are handled with care. if you would like to contact us please call or email sales with your information. I will see that someone deals with your enquiry as a matter of urgency.

    Once again sincere apologies, Bodypower Sports have thousands of customers and during busy periods we cannot always handle issues straight away. However in this scenario there are no excuses, so if you contact sales with the email subject line as "reviewcenter" i will get someone to sort immediately
