Flights, baggage allowance, customer service and price disgraceful. We booked through a travel agent and were dismayed to find we were on Jet 2 considering, that when I received the booking the flights had cost over £600. Both our flights were delayed by 6 hours, there were no staff around to let us know what was going on. Even though we had paid for 22kg of baggage we were charged £9 per kilogram over 17kg for our return flight. After paying over £600 I can't believe they wanted me to pay for TV or water. We flew at night due to the delay and the noise the trolly dollies made by using the internal beeping intercom meant no one got any sleep, they did not even have a blanket. I have sent a letter of complaint and their customer services are dreadful. I would like to take them to Trading Standards as they are advertising to be a very cheap airline, I will never give them any more of my money, even if it means paying extra with another airline. Thank god they don't fly transatlantic and I can have the comforts of Virgin for the same price
