General Comments
I emailed Premier Plates UK to tell them the plate was no longer available, but they keep emailing me. They requested written confirmation of this, but the email is written confirmation - how else would they know to request written confirmation? Now they want money without providing a service. I did not have this problem with any other numberplate companies, so be very wary. There are plenty of other companies offering this service, so try one of the others.

Premier Plates provide a valuation service on the basis of you making the reg available for sale. They provide you with their expertise and their marketing of the reg at no charge providing the reg is available to sell. All that they ask is that you send a signed letter notifying them that you have lost entitlement to the reg. Email is not adequate as it could be anyone providing information and there are a lot of people prepared to misrepresent the facts by e-mail rather than by signed letter.
