Good Points

Flowers look like advertised, fresh and amazing.
Excellent service.
Easy to use web site.


Bad Points

They were a bit late and didnt reply to the emails I sent their customer service when I asked for an update while waiting. Maybe I was a little bit impatient, and with what the ended up sending I am forgiving them anything and everything, Excellent service.


General Comments

This is the first time I bought flowers online, and I am very happy that I chose Arena Flowers.
I chose it based on the reviews I found on this site, they were late in the delivery, but they called my girlfriend and apologized for the delay and gave her a nice box of chocolates as a token of their apology.
The flowers looked amazing, and were arranged extremely well.

    I disagree with this review because...you were clearly one of the lucky ones - it's a lottery evidently! You can win or lose. Many people lose - see the other reviews.
