General Comments

Absolutely ridiculous customer service. After ordering our 3 piece Lonsdale suite on 29th Dec 08 (we were told 3-4 weeks for delivery) we decided to have delivery mid-end Feb as we were decorating. By mid Feb nobody from Furniture Village had rung so we chased the order - no-one comes back to you. Cut a long story short, we got a suite which was like ours 1st week in March minus 1 chair and with the wrong colour legs...... now 2nd April and still awaiting legs.....
