Good Points
Fun, high impact (watch out for those side lunges!), great music, can do a bit or do it all.
Bad Points
None worth mentioning - if you like dance music and like to get a bit of a sweat on, then this is for you.
General Comments
Good fun. You need to do Pump It Up a couple of times before you get used to the dance moves (and I still flail around hopelessly during a couple of them and I've had it 2 years) but generally, once you start you begin to smile and have fun. And sweat. Buckets. There is a bit where you think "oh god not more lunges I'm going to kill you" but generally it's a great pace for all levels of fitness. The dancers do make lots of mistakes which is irritating but only a bit. Also, the girls are absolutely knock out - so if you find this motivating great, but it can depress the hell out of you.
