I received a gift for an experience which i couldn't take part in. I arranged a change to a box of wine. I sent my details (as instructed) including the voucher and paperwork which they have lost. I have phoned several times and noone gets back to me although they always promise to. I have also e-mailed. I have now been waiting for 3 months.
Do not bother buying gifts for people from this company as they will have a load of hassle and embarrassment as a result!
