Good Points

Good range of stock (allegedly).


Bad Points

Poor communication, items seem to be listed as in stock regardless, they charge credit card even if unable to deliver.


General Comments

Item described as in stock on web site (and still is, several weeks later) but is actually out of stock. However they charged my credit card as soon as order was received. Deep Blue Dive Centre acknowledged my order but no communication from them since - I have to do all the chasing.

I would avoid using them again.

    Due to the volume of sales we receive it is impossible to keep a real-time stock system on the web as our store also handles large sales on a daily basis. In addition to this, with a stock of several thousand items over several sports it is inevitable that some stock levels could be incorrect - we do rectify these as soon as possible though. Regarding the 'money being taken instantly' - we operate on a deferred payment system in which money is reserved (some banks show this as a debit) and not taken until the item is shipped - as do most online companies.
