General Comments

I ordered bridesmaid dresses from Always the Bridesmaid, Chester last summer and it was a complete disaster. We had countless fittings and no developments were being done on the dresses in between fittings so this didnt fill us with much confidence. They told me the dresses were ready to collect and when I got them home they were miles too big and looked awful. I ended up being in the shop the night before my wedding trying to get them altered.

The final result were dresses that looked ok but tatty and no where near the quality they should have been for the money that was spent. By the evening reception, both hems had fallen down, the zip broke on one of the dresses and my bridesmaid had to be pinned in!

When we went back to the shop, they were extremely unhelpful and even rude and refused to even discuss, avoided our calls and disgusting service. A complete change to the service you get when buying. I would not recommend this shop to anyone.
