Hard to find any good points


Bad Points

Poor communication by email, or by phone. Appears to have little to no regard for customers, Either the company is dishonest, or at the very least is dealing with a dishonest courier company.


General Comments

Ordered item from beyond the rainbow, item was never received, never returned phone calls, replied to one email out of many regarding the delivery of the item.

Eventually after much hassle got a refund for the item, company advised though that the item would still be on its way and never arrived
