General Comments
omg worst coverplan ever from PC World! Dont do it! Taken over 6 weeks to replace a charger then they tell me they are writing off a computor that has NOTHING wrong with it. The av had a loose connection thats all. unhelpfully sent me round three different companies, none of which could give me any eta. Having been told the lead time would be max 10 working days, i am now on the 53rd day. Plus they addressed my letter to someone else. How incompetant and stupid can they possibly be? Astoundingly, it seems.
