Sorry I can't think of anything good to say about this handheld.
Bad Points
No suction, no stamina, you are luck to get 30 seconds out of it
General Comments
The Dyson DC16 Root is a total waste of time. Both myself and father-in-law bought one at the same time. Neither of them worked whilst under the 28 day warranties, we waited several months for Dyson to sort out faulty chargers etc. Wish I had returned now under the sale of goods act - as it is certainly not fit for purpose. Save your money and purchase something that will plug into your lighter socket, it will do a better job. It is a total joke
I won't be buying Dyson again
