Disgraceful service when it comes to giving you your money back.


General Comments

Would NEVER recommend e2save to anyone. Ordered a phone from them through their website with no problems. Got an email confirmation for my order indicating that there would be a delay in supplying of up to ten days which I had no problem with, despite being without a mobile phone at the time (due to running my existing phone over with the car). After a week and a half I decided to ring them only to be told that they don't actually sell that phone due to it being unavailable, even though their website said otherwise. What a waste of my time. It then became apparent to me that they had taken the money out of my credit card account within 24 hours of me placing the order, even though they weren't even in possession of it themselves yet and after several failed attempts to get my money back, I am now in the process of instructing my credit card company to take steps to retrieve it.
