General Comments

great, cheap quote from Auto Europe Car Hire, so we booked, bu tthat was the last of a decent service. They sub out to the car hire companies so are not in control. Arrived in portugal and had to wait for2.5 hours to get the key and then another .75 hour to pick up a filthy dirty car. by this time all the shops were closed so we could not pick up provisions and a very unhappy young son - wife wasn't too happy either. They offered to change the car if we drove back to the airport and waited again - yeh right!
complained to auto europe ever since 7/8 months now and they have basically ignored me. each time i complain a different person picks up the file and clearly doesn't read read the file.

I've given up!
