the negatives are: 1. the speedometer primary is in KM, 2. the seat is not suitable for riding for more than an hour or so; too hard. 3. the name "Xciting" is a bit Nerdish. 4. color choices are very limited, 5. can be trickey restarting after a brief stop like after refueling.
General Comments
In 2007 I purchased a new Xciting 500cc. I've driven it 3,000 mi. It's a sound, soild, and attractive crossover bike and a bargan for the price.
