Unacceptable string attached, untypical of most loyalty cards.
General Comments
The Boots loyalty card may be generous but Boots have an unacceptable policy of not allowing shoppers to redeem points on goods that cost more than the value of the points.
I tried to redeem £9.50 worth of points on a set of electrical toothbrushes this morning, and found I couldn't. So I ended up paying the full price on the item, costing me over £22. :(
This is very untypical of loyalty card schemes.
