Good Points

Quick and easy on line aplication and fast response.


Bad Points

Inability to forward funds to the dealership at correct time and total nonsense being told to me. Lack of help once they had recieved funds from Barclays Bank.Also asked to speak to the Director and was promised call back I am still awaiting this. Certainly not impressed with all the hassle caused by being told about transfer of funds. Would not recommend and would advie people to avoid if possible.


General Comments

Would advise anyone to steer clear as made what should have been a very simple transaction a nightmare.Applied on line was accepted and advised to go searching for a car. Found a car telephoned them and agreement was faxed to the dealership signed and returned. I called after a few days and was informed that the money was being transfeered to the dealer as we spoke on 26 March.When the dealer had not recieved this by 30 March I again called to be told the money was on its way.It was only after Arnold Clarks telephoned me to advise that the money was only being transferred on 30 March that I learned the truth. I called after i had spoken to the dealer and the person at Car loans 4 u were still advising me that the money had been sent on 26 March. It was only after I told them what information the dealership had told me did they back down and confirm there error. Even after all this they didi not do a same day transfer as should have happened but sent a BACS payment which further delayed matters. When the money had not arrived by the 1 April I phoned Barclays Bank who were finacing the car. I was informed that they had released the fundson 26 March and these should have immediately been sent to the dealership.Called them again and was tol;d they would "do me a favour" and call the dealership. It was only after my continous complaining that the matter was sorted out.
