is good when not broken

Toothbrush head breaks too easy


General Comments

Works well but after having 2 I have found the head is too flimsy and breaks. I am disappointed that a toothbrush that cost so much breaks so easy. It is not easy to find who to complain to either so keep the leaflet if you do buy an Ultrasonex rechargeable toothbrush.

    I agree with this review because...I am now on my third brush because of head break off.... Otherwise much improved oral hygiene and whiter too. Only other gripe is charge doesn't seem to last too long and have to fiddle with charging unit to ensure connection.
