The Virgin Trains Pendilino service is fast and usually on time. I get this service often and nine times out of ten it has arrived on or before time. To be fair the only time it was late there was a flood on the line so I can't blame them for an 'act of god'.
These trains are faster than the old virgin trains because they lean into corners. This is a bit disconcerting at first as the horizon disappears out of the window.
One thing that does irritate me in that they never seem to have hot water on board meaning you can't get a decent hot drinks. Virgin Trains...all I want is a half way decent cuppa.
