Good Points

Cheap; you don't get what you don't pay for.


Bad Points

Poor customer service, poor business practices.


General Comments

Absolute Mortgage Company took almost three months and never got the deal closed. My credit score is over 800, and the only debt I have is the house with a LTV of 75% and a DTI of 18%. They asked for my 2008 W2 4 separate times. They did not respond to calls or emails for several days. They would promise one thing and not deliver. They told me I was approved, then said I wasn't then said they had to start the whole process all over, then took forever to provide status updates and only after repeated requests. When rates dropped they ignored my request for a float down, and asked for my 2008 w2 again.
