General Comments
Very Very unhappy with the service we recieved from KBBC. Where do I start, I dont think this site will allow me enough space to write all of the cock ups but here goes... the original surveyor who came around got the drawings completley wrong and the fitter who was great (Not a KBBC fitter) had to compensate for all the cock-ups. The kitchen arrived with three sinks (we only ordered one) wrong doors, wrong handles, wrong size doors, wrong taps, ECT ECT ECT. The customer care is very poor. They are quick enough to take your money off you but not so quick in responding to problems. Would not recommend anyone to buy from KBBC. The kitechen from the point of placing our order to being installed and fitted took around five month. We wrote to their MD to complain who never had the decency to reply to my letters, no offer of compensation was ever offered.
