Metal body,nice finish with chrome.clock.great to drive.reliable.
Bad Points
Only does 30mph.(would be great if it even went a touch faster like 40ish
General Comments
Love my vespa lx50.Only had it a couple of months and find it smooth and easy to ride.Bought it second hand and its done quite a lot of miles but the last owner looked after her well and i am sure theres still a lot of scootering left in it yet.
I would tell anyone looking for a first scooter to get the vespa LX.The body is smaller than the other vespas and so lighter and easy to handle.
I am glad i spent the money on a secondhand vespa rather than the same amount on a new flimsey bodied cheap model of scoot.Vespas hold their value.
