General Comments

I bought my partner a watch costing £450.00 for his 40th birthday from Ernest Jones, the watch was a good make and having had one the same make for over 20 years that had had serious abuse and still working we thought that we would have no problems. oh was i wrong the winder of this kenetic watch kept popping out ernest jones were not interested and told us that its unusual for the manufacturer to repair under guarantee, a week later ernest jones contact us to say the repair would cost £309.00 i rang the manufacturer who said the repair is free of charge! lets hope they don't try to charge us when we collect the watch from ernest jones - a company i will never deal with again!
