General Comments

I have been with 123-Reg for over a year and have spent many hours e-mailing my problems to the help centre just to get completely worthless suggestions as a response. The package I chose claimed to be fully customizable but in actuality was pretty far from it (my website sold many differenty things of varying sizes shapes and weight all over the world). I was only given 3 postage options to work with.

I couldn't edit navigational elements (despite this being a selling point)

From time to time had to go and repoint my web address to my ecommerce shop. I was never given a reason for this or an appology.

THE ICING ON THE CAKE...

I was issued a new credit card so the payment that was due to be taken for the month from 123-reg didn't go through. I wasn't warned that the payment hadn't gone through. No one phoned me or sent me a letter (I did recieve 1 generic looking e-mail early on a Sunday morning). I even spoke to them on the phone regarding a different problem I was having with my shop and this wasn't brought to my attention. Then one day my shop just disapears, so I call 123-reg and they tell me it's been deleted.

THey want £1200 per day to retrieve it. When I say they I mean epages as 123-reg don't actually store the data. WHAT A JOKE.

I am more annoyed with myself for staying with them through all of the annoying problems I had over the last year. I have found a much easier, cheaper and better looking alternative.
