General Comments
i had one done in Newcastle, and they burnt my hair. i have paid £50 and spent a total of 14 hours in the salon, resulting in ruined hair, no manicure, awful makeup and no photos, i have got nothing out of it They lost our photos so we didnt even get to view them and now they wont refund us the money we paid for the 'experience'
