General Comments

T Mobile is the worst network I have ever been a customer of. Never had signal, phone broke within 3 months and they would offer no help, very rude call centre staff, generally most expensive out of all 4 main providers. Basics not included in a standard contract like roaming - was not warned I would not be able to use my phone abroad, and could not recieve or send picture messages all came at an extra cost. They failed to keep up to date recoreds of me, basic things like address then was treated very rudely when I disputed they had not updates their records.
