Good Points

The Dell Dimension 5150 is fine for running the internet, emails and itunes, I've had no problems and was even able to run age of empires 3 including expanision packs , but if you want the latest games you wont be able to run it on this pc


Bad Points

Tech support are non supportive and very sly in charging you to do a basic diagnoses that you can do yourself, (but they wont tell you that!) I'm now having to look for alternative manufacterer as I think there service was shocking!


General Comments

I've had the dell 5150 for 3yrs and 4months all of a sudden when i powered down the pc, When I went to turn it on the following down , the fatal orange blinking light, I rang dell and paid £24 for them to diagnose the problem, by removing the following RAM , Video card, Network card and unplugging the cd and hard drive, they then asked me to plug the pc back in and switch it on, still the same light, (that was there diagnostic check! ) I could have done it myself and saved £24!, so they recommended a replacement powersupply and front panel £90 !

    I found this review helpful because I had the same problem and it saved me a lot of money!
    I delivered my 5150 to a local PC company and they relpaced the PSU within an hour and charged me £57.50 inc VAT.
