Good Points

Prompt information
Clear instructions
Good discount over the internet
Quality goods - much better than all the others I tried, oncluding furniture shops. Theu use many laminates of wood, your furniture is all solid and the chairs one piec, not bits of non matching woods glued together.
For the price, excellent value.


Bad Points

Only 1 - the top of the table could have been finished better..there were little patches where someone had sanded down small areas of the table..it should really have then been sanded all over to gain an more even surface look.


General Comments

The telephone messages I left at Oak Dining Sets were always answered promtly. Advice was clear and turned out to be accurate and honest.
Delivery was on time and delivery men were most helpful in placing the boxes where I asked - I had a broken finger at the time and so wasn't much help!
The table was very easily put together and everything was as it should have been

I would certainly deal with then again..and as I'm shortly moving house, It shouldnt be too long. thanks for a great service.
