Solid and well made.
General Comments
My wife and I bought Wii Fit Balance Board from Amazon a couple of weeks ago and so far it's kept us coming back every day.
There's a great range of exercises and it provides excellent advice on posture, balance etc.
I don't think it's going to turn either of us into an Olympic athlete but, having never been interested in yoga before, I already feel the benefit of the stretches and my balance is gradually improving! Could do with being a bit bigger - my size 11 feet only just fit on it.
