Good Points

apart from the incline motor the treadmill is a very good prduct motor is quite and comfortable to run on

After sales service is not good at all.


General Comments

Treadmill superstore what can I say.Not very professional they answer the phone can I help you what's that about.I have purchased a treadmill form them 3 weeks ago incline motor stopped working the following week, since then I have been contacting them every day with the same answer a technician will contact you today they never do.They won't give me a contact number for them.It's getting to the point were I will need to contact trading standards for advise sorry to have to do that but I may not have a choice.
