Bad Points

All we had for our extra £250 each was a sort you would get in an ordinary airplane. When we were on the return journey we asked where the headphones were and were rudely told we should have saved them from the outward journey. I have never travelled on a plane where we had to do this. in future if I can't afford a decent airline I won't go on holiday. They were terrible and spoilt our holiday


General Comments

We flew from Gatwick to Barbados/return for a Princess cruise through Thomson Fly. We thought that this cruise line would use a decent airline. We paid the same for premium seats as we paid for business class on another South African airline. it was abysmal. We had to buy headphones, we were given a glass of cheap Cava on boarding, undrinkable. There were a family running riot in our area swearing, and upsetting passengers but the crew did nothing. On our return the Captain had to announce that if passengers did not stop arguing over seats we would lose out take off slot. When you pay £5000 for a cruise you don't expect this.
