When my Redfern Eurosteam did work - it did a nice job. I do not recommend buying this iron. Mine did not last 3 months. Popped and spitted - was extremely afraid to use it. Customer service is very poor. Every previous bad comment submitted is exactly what happened to mine. I threw it into the garbage.
