General Comments

I have been with direct line since I passed my driving test in January 2008. They have been quite good at keeping me informed, but when I moved house in July last year they charged me almost £70 to change my address! Surely they only have to type it into their database and send me an update of my policy? I could understand paying a small fee, but £70 is absolutely ridiculous! I have recently moved house again and actually don't want to contact them again because there is so much more I coul spend my money on right now. I have tried a couple of times to change my address with them online, but as of yet their system is always down and it says I have to call them. I would recommend shopping around for them best deal and check the small print with these big companies.
