Bad Points

Where to start? Useless, useless, useless. If I never, ever have to deal with this sorry excuse of a delivery service ever again it will be too soon.

General Comments

SMS are pathetic, absolute waste of time. This is the umpteenth time I've had to deal with them. Every time I have a new bank card, credit card or passport that needs to get delivered my blood pressure goes into the red because I know I'll have to deal with them again. I absolutely and unequivocally will not order anything from anyone that ever uses them to deliver, I will go so far as to cancel the MBNA credit card that we've been waiting two weeks for. Last week a letter arrives - they tried to deliver but couldn't - gee that's a surprise, seems to be the normal way they do business, they never leave a note to say that they tried delivering the first thing you know about it is a letter that arrives. So we call the 0870number, tick tock tick tock, while they're having high call volumes I'm expected to pay them. Finally rebook for today. The coutier arrives with the letter adressed to my wife, at our home adress (where I'm busy with bathroom remodelling), requests that I show him identification, I duly show my driver's license. Not good enough...I have to show my wife's identification. What's the bloody good of that? The thing is addressed to my address, I can identify myself with photo ID, our last names are the same, and you'll have record of who it was given to. Oooh no, they expect me to show him my wife's ID. I'm sorry but I lost it. I closed the door in his face and we'll be cancelling the MBNA card. I'd much rather deal with Royal Mail who leave a card if you're not in, and allow you to collect from their depot at a time that suits you. I bet you that Royal Mail is also a lot less expensive than these.
