Easy to use, efficient, economical, and friendly service. Helpful with special needs and requests. Safe and reliable company. Will use again without hesitation.
Bad Points
Website is a little clunky shipping into UK but works perfectly for shipping out. Even so, their office corrects and bills correctly if you email them and let them know that the website balance (for shipping into UK) needs adjustment. Not a big problem.
General Comments
Sent 8 boxes from Cardiff to Central S. Italy. Boxes collected on time and arrived in Italy without any damage or problems 4-5 days later. Compared or services and prizes and Voovit was definitely best value for money. If anything we under-packed since 30 kg per box is ample to ship anything. Sent pc, stereo, printers and all arrived without damage. All communications with their office for our special needs were promptly and courteously answered. Voovit gave best customer service we have had since coming to Europe. Be sure to tape your boxes with extra tape on every corner, and use their boxes and tape - they survive the shipping!
