Their name is nice.
Bad Points
Unhelpful staff. Expensive for what they give, Poor reliability. Companies like X-box, Sony Playstation say "oh no" when you say you want to connect their 'live' systems to Orange.
Says it all really!!!!
General Comments
Please believ me when I say that this company is so bad they make the Labour Party and Peter Mandelson look decent.
When they were Wanadoo they were fine, switch to Orange and they are a nightmare. I have never ever been abused (sworn at) by a company before, but one of there employees did that. What did I do to warrant this? I asked why he wasn't technically capable of sorting my problem.
