General Comments

Tesco Home Insurance( have a cheak, I had to claim for a damaged laminate floor after my radiator burst. They agreed 340 after they took excess, and then just left me to sort the whole job out. I am annoyed as like I have time to do this as a professional person.
It is a cheak and I would avoid them at all costs.

Why can't this comany just send a builder round and fix the job, then they are responsibile for sorting the tradesman and take ownership of the job instead of passing the buck to the paying customer expecting them to spend hours sorting out tradesmen and having the risk of an inadequate job passed on to the customer as well, not acceptable
