I joined AOL from Tiscali many years ago, they were great at the time better than Tiscali I felt, now I am experiencing more problems with AOL , I seem to get cut off many times or there was problems with the network, nobody thought to advise their customers that this would happen, or they advised me that if I had no service it was a problem with Dell, why them, there not my supplier. I phoned AOL up for my MAC Code, the advisor from the Call Centre could not understand why I wanted to move so she connected me to a girl who talked me into taking another router which she claimed was faster than the other router and I had 7 seven days to try it out, that was 3 weeks ago now we are still having trouble with connection problems, I now dont know what to do.
