The Motorola HS850 is nice looking but its true, people can't hear you well and the volume is not loud enough, my mic has also stopped working after a year and a half or so. You can't connect it USB to anything, so that's not good.... you need to carry the AC charger everywhere. Would probably not reacommend it since it's not that comfortable either.
